John S. Wisniewski was elected Chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee January 27, 2010. Chairman Wisniewski was unanimously confirmed for this position and previously served as a DNC member.

John Wisniewski also represents the 19th Legislative District in the General Assembly of New Jersey. He serves as Deputy Speaker, chair of the Transportation, Public Works & Independent Authorities Committee and as a member of the Appropriations Committee & the Financial Institution & Insurance Committee.
